Nick is a graduate of Cleveland State University and lives in Avon Lake with his wife, Stefanie, and their three children, Ava, Ali, and Sloane. When Nick isn’t working with his clients and his team, he enjoys spending as much time as possible with his family, attending his kid’s sports events, playing golf and spending time out on the water.

Lindsay Colagiovanni
Director, Recruiting Operations
As the Director of Recruitment Operations for C&C Executive Resources, LLC, Lindsay’s primary responsibility is to oversee the entire recruitment process for our clients. Lindsay develops strategic recruitment plans, manages client relationships, and leads recruiters and research analysts to identify and attract top-tier talent. Additionally, when needed, Lindsay collaborates very closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, provide guidance on market trends, and ensure the successful placement of qualified candidates.
Lindsay is a graduate of Kent State University and lives in Hinckley, Ohio, with her husband and 3 children. In her spare time she volunteers for the Hinckley Elementary PTO board as their treasurer. When she is not working or volunteering, she is at her children’s sporting events, and spending time outdoors.
